Please check your item(s) as soon as you receive them. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, or are missing items, please email info@goldenvibecollection.com
within 3 days of receipt for a full refund. Include a picture of the defective/incorrect item, if possible. We will then send you an email with return instructions.

For all other returns/exchanges:
Returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase are subject to a full refund or exchange at no cost. Otherwise, return your item up to 30 days from your delivery date with only a $7 return fee. We’ll just deduct it from your refund.
All returns must be in their original condition with tags attached.
